To View please click here (Open to the public!)

Directions: General use
Once you are in the calendar on the bottom left you can view by the year , month, week, coming events or categories. Click on the event in question on the calendar to view more details.

Once you have logged in with your username and password you can add events to the calendar by clicking the small + in the right hand corner
A) For event title please put in the piece the parents will see right away on the Calendar like Den 6 (to indicate there is a meeting that night for Den 6)
B) For the body add any details that the parent will need for that event. (If you have none just repeat what you put in the event title)
C) Chose a category for the event.
D) Select the time to start and the time to end.
E) Click add event. You should see it show up in the calendar right away. It is now in public view.
If you have made a mistake don't worry! Simply click on that event in the calendar and select delete event. You may only modify and delete your own events. |
